We are insured to work with clients all over the globe and provide a comprehensive programme including bespoke nutrition and personal training. Each 12 week training block is broken down into 3 phases: Basics and prepatory; intensive fat loss and a building phase dedicated to increased calories and muscle building. Included is access to an app with programmed exercise videos; 24 hour access to submit form analysis; online check-ins; bi-monthly phone calls; dietary analysis and recipe packs; referral discounts and reward programmes. This programme is best for anyone who has experience in the gym and wants accountability from having a coach in their back pocket 24/7.
We are not currently operating an in-person service, with the exception of a few VIP clients who have access to private facilities in Richmond-Upon-Thames.
